Assistant Controller - Medison Pharma

The role is designed for an entry-level Assistant Controller supporting the Controller in key accounting and financial processes.

The position includes hands-on involvement in monthly closing activities, reconciliations, data preparation, reporting support, and ongoing financial analysis, while gradually building professional knowledge of the company’s business model, accounting workflows, internal controls, and cross-functional interfaces.

• Support monthly closing processes, including preparation of reconciliations, journal entry support, and review of supporting documentation.
• Assist with revenue, cost, and gross margin processes under the guidance of senior finance team members.
• Prepare financial analyses, reports, and data validations to support management review and decision-making.
• Support inventory, pricing, and partner-related accounting activities, including data collection and accuracy checks.
• Maintain and update working files, reports, price lists, and documentation in accordance with internal processes.
• Assist in communications with internal stakeholders and external partners regarding routine finance and accounting matters.
• Support audit processes by preparing requested data, schedules, and backup documentation.
• Participate in ad-hoc finance projects and process improvement initiatives as required.

Required education and experience 

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting – mandatory
• CPA license – mandatory
• Big4 internship or experience – mandatory
• Up to 2 years of relevant experience in accounting, audit, or finance roles
• Fluent written and spoken in English and Hebrew
