So, what's the job?

We are looking for a Bookkeeper to join Guardio's finance team.


You will:

  • Manage AP balances, including processing vendor invoices, maintaining approval flow and payments
  • Respond to all vendor inquiries (internal and external)
  • Conduct reconciliation of the company's vendors, bank accounts, and credit card activities
  • Preparation and submission of VAT and tax returns
  • Assist with the Month-End processes, such as reconciliations, provisions, monthly reports, consolidation, intercompany charges, etc.
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and yearly procedures
  • Review & record expense reports according to company policy

  • Certified bookkeeper - Minimum level 2
  • Experience working with SAP Business One and multi-currency environments - must
  • At least 3-4 years of proven bookkeeping experience from High tech / start-up company - must
  • Verbal and written English skills - must
  • Experience in Microsoft Office, with particular emphasis on Excel - must
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Startup mentality, Roll up your sleeves attitude!
  • Ability to work independently under established policies and regulations
  • Well organized with high attention to detail
