Bookkeeper - Maternity Leave Cover - Tenengroup Ltd.

We are a leading Israeli industrial company with a strong global presence, seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our finance team.

Industry: Industrial / Manufacturing

• Handle day-to-day bookkeeping tasks: accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and journal entries
• Manage supplier relationships, both locally and internationally
• Process purchase invoices and handle all related import documentation
• Coordinate and execute supplier payments (domestic and international)
• Oversee card index management and maintain organized transaction records
• Manage company credit card transactions and petty cash handling
• Conduct regular banking activities and reconciliations
• Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure accurate and efficient financial operations

• Certified Bookkeeper Level 2 or higher
• 3+ years of relevant experience, preferably in an international or industrial company
• Experience in customs clearance and inventory management
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet tight deadlines
• Strong communication skills in both Hebrew and English
• High level of proficiency in Excel and MS Office
• Strong command of ERP systems SAP B1 – advantage
