We’re looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our sales and business development efforts, grow strategic partnerships, and help us scale across our product offerings.

This is a key role with real ownership, direct impact on company growth, and the opportunity to work closely with a collaborative, international team.

  • Develop and execute sales and business development strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, lead generation, negotiation, and closing.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand our client base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with advertisers, partners, and key industry players.
  • Represent DYG at conferences, industry events, and client meetings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and strong client delivery.
  • Track market trends, competitor activity, and new growth opportunities.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and updates for senior management.
  • Travel domestically and internationally as needed.

דרישות

  • At least 3 years of proven experience in sales or business development within the mobile AdTech industry - must.
  • Strong understanding of mobile user acquisition and performance marketing - must.
  • Proven track record of closing deals and driving revenue growth.
  • Experience managing or mentoring sales teams - significant advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English.
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive, can-do attitude.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Willingness to travel frequently for conferences and client meetings.
  • BA/BSc degree in a relevant field.
