Architect Complex Systems: Design scalable, resilient cloud architectures and select the optimal technology stacks to bring them to life. Drive Operational Excellence: Identify and execute opportunities to improve system resilience, efficiency, and the overall developer experience through aggressive automation. Innovate & Prototype: Actively research and prototype emerging technologies that sharpen our DevOps processes and R&D delivery speed. Technical Leadership: Lead complex build, release, and deployment initiatives, navigating dependencies across multiple stakeholders with a long-term vision. Infrastructure as Code: Champion GitOps workflows and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) to ensure our production systems are secure, compliant, and highly available. Bridge Business & Tech: Translate deep technical complexities into tangible business value, ensuring our architecture supports Nice’s strategic goals. Experience: At least 5 years of proven experience in Cloud Architecture and DevOps. Cloud Mastery: Deep understanding of modern cloud environments (AWS, GCP, and Azure) and enterprise-grade architectures. Hands-on Technical Depth: A strong background in engineering with the ability to dive deep into troubleshooting and system integration. Kubernetes Expert: Solid experience with EKS-encompassing deployment, scaling, networking, and complex upgrades. IaC Practitioner: Practical, production-level experience with Terraform and Infrastructure-as-Code methodologies. CI/CD & DevOps Culture: Proven track record of operating within a product-centric DevOps culture, utilizing GitOps and automated deployment pipelines. Governance & Security: Familiarity with enterprise security standards, compliance requirements, and cloud governance frameworks. Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, a proactive problem-solving mindset, and a passion for working in a collaborative team environment.
