Perfect written English - must be able to write polished, elegant, native-level copy.
Proven experience in copywriting, content writing, editorial, storytelling, or creative content development.
Strong creative instincts and an excellent artistic eye.
Strong understanding of interior design, home decor, lifestyle, fashion, visual culture, and the trends and inspirations that resonate with women of refined taste.
Business-oriented mindset, with the ability to connect creative content to KPIs such as engagement, sales, retention, and monetization.
Strong analytical thinking - able to review performance data, identify insights, and improve future content based on results.
Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with multiple teams and stakeholders.
Highly independent, proactive, and able to manage complex content plans from concept to execution.

Develop monthly and seasonal content calendar plans , including season themes, supporting events, special campaigns, storylines for features, collections, sellable items, and ongoing in-game activities, with original content concepts that connect interior design, lifestyle, storytelling, trends, and player motivation.
Plan the full creative output structure of events - from the initial idea to the actual rooms, their design briefs, their client stories, the design items used/ sold, rewards, and all player-facing copy.
Write design challenge briefs, event copy, client selections, storylines, tutorials, educational content, and all supporting in-game text, and website/ blog.
Analyze content performance after launch, including engagement, sales, participation, player response, sentiment, and business impact.
Turn data and player feedback into clear conclusions , learnings, and recommendations for future content.
Work closely with global team members across content, design, operations, monetization, economy, product, R&D, and business analytics to ensure content is both creatively strong and commercially effective.
