Data Infra Senior Engineer - Zafran

Design, implement, and manage scalable, highly available databases for both transactional, real-time use as well as backend analytics and big data. Build, design, and maintain data processing pipeline infrastructure used by our various applications Develop and maintain CI/CD processes for automating seamless changes to data infrastructure, including data migrations and database upgrades Work closely with developers to make sure our data infrastructure meets existing and new feature requirements Work alongside our Security Team to ensure our infrastructure meets rigorous security standards Ensure the data infrastructure processes adhere to best practices in security and compliance. 5+ years of experience as a Data Infrastructure Engineer or in a related role (Such as DevOps with expertise in data). Proficiency with various database systems, including: Postgres, Elasticsearch, ClickHouse, and Neo4j. Proficiency working with Kafka. Hands-on experience with managing databases in a self-hosted environment, preferably on Kubernetes. Proven experience with cloud environments such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure. Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes. Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform and CloudFormation. Hands-on experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, and Datadog. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Experience with disaster recovery planning and high-availability architectures Professional certifications showing deep knowledge in Elasticsearch, ClickHouse, and relational databases are a plus.
