DevOps Engineer - Cato Networks

5+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, or similar roles within SaaS environments. Experience with GitOps platforms ArgoCD/Flux. Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes in production environments (mandatory). Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/GitHub Actions - advantage) Programming experience in Go, Python, or similar languages. Experience with AWS cloud services. Strong Linux administration and troubleshooting skills. Experience with monitoring and observability tools. Strong understanding of software development processes and developer workflows. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to independently lead projects and drive initiatives from concept to execution. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in monorepo environments. Experience building developer portals, internal platforms, or developer-facing tools. Frontend development experience (react) - an advantage.

Design, build, and maintain internal developer platforms, self-service tools, and on-demand development environments that improve engineering productivity and developer experience. Own and drive the evolution of our developer environments platform. Drive company-wide CI/CD initiatives, build and maintain deployment pipelines, and promote software delivery best practices across engineering teams. Design, implement, and operate cloud-native infrastructure, including Kubernetes-based environments, monitoring solutions, automation frameworks, and internal services. Improve self-service capabilities, automation, and overall developer experience. Collaborate closely with devex, developers, automation and infrastructure teams across the organization.
