Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with senior client stakeholders and act as a trusted strategic advisor. Strong commercial acumen with experience in negotiation, business development, and revenue growth. Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics, identify growth opportunities, and translate insights into actionable recommendations. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Account Managers, fostering a high-performance and client-centric culture. Set clear goals, KPIs, and development plans for team members, ensuring alignment with company objectives. Negotiate commercial agreements, renewals, and account expansion opportunities. Own a portfolio of strategic demand-side accounts, with full responsibility for retention, growth, and client satisfaction. Develop and execute account growth plans aligned with client business objectives and company revenue goals. Identify and drive upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities across existing accounts. Lead regular business reviews and strategic planning sessions with clients to identify opportunities for increased investment and collaboration. Act as a trusted advisor, providing recommendations based on performance data, market trends, and industry best practices. Partner closely with Performance, Product, Operations, and Sales teams to ensure successful execution and delivery of client initiatives. Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging ad-tech solutions to bring innovative ideas to clients. Champion a culture of continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and operational excellence.
