Director of Engineering - NiCE

Lead the PM engineering organization, ensuring alignment with company goals Oversee the design, development, testing, and deployment of PM micro services Manage resource planning, delivery milestones, and overall product quality Ensure system capacity planning and operational support for the PM Establish and enforce development standards, tools, and methodologies Integrate customer and business requirements into engineering efforts Stay current with AI and Agentic technologies such as reasoning models, LLM, SLM, AI SDLC, Agentic coding and agents orchestration Manage global distributed team across multiple sites Recruit, develop, and retain top engineering talent Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (Master’s preferred) 12+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on SaaS products, machine learning, deep learning and LLM 6+ years of management experience in large-scale environments Proven expertise in data technologies and large-scale distributed systems Strong interpersonal and leadership skills Experience with Agentic driven development methodologies Building horizontally scalable solutions using containers, microservices, and big data technologies Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and open-source data tools Track record of delivering high-quality software products on time
