Director of Finance, MENA - Enlight Energy

Enlight, a leading global renewable energy company publicly traded on NASDAQ and TASE, is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Director of Finance, MENA to join its finance team. The Director will be responsible for overseeing the financial and accounting management of Enlight’s project activities in the MENA region, providing full lifecycle support from the development stage through to operation.

• Lead financial oversight of Enlight’s MENA project portfolio across all lifecycle stages, from development through construction and operations.
• Partner closely with internal stakeholders (MENA BU, EPC, Finance, Treasury, and HQ) to ensure strong financial governance and alignment.
• Act as key interface with external stakeholders, including auditors, banks, financial advisors, and project partners.
• Manage and develop a team of controllers and accountants in Israel.
• Lead quarterly and annual closing processes, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance with IFRS and internal policies.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and project performance tracking.
• Support project financing activities, including financial structuring, debt processes, and investor reporting.
• Report directly to the VP Finance.

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a controller or senior finance manager in a public company
• CPA (Certified Public Accountant), Big 4 experience is mandatory
• Proven leadership experience in managing teams
• Strong experience in infrastructure, energy, or large-scale project-based environments – a significant advantage
• High proficiency in financial reporting, IFRS
• Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, multinational environment
