Strategic Leadership Drive the CISO’s strategy in strategic company projects Communicate top-down strategic plans and KPIs to relevant stakeholder and teams Translate security concepts into business language for mid-level management Provide risk reporting for mid-level management Advise on security implications of new business initiatives Cross-Functional Coordination Serve as liaison between security function and other business units Coordinate activities across the different information security teams Align security initiatives with business objectives Security Program Governance Drive security innovation and continuous improvement initiatives Serve as the focal point for the security department’s efforts in the organization’s AI transformation Act as BISO (Business Information Security Officer) for newly joined business units and sub-companies
