5+ years of experience in procurement roles, with a proven track record in leadership and team management positions. Deep experience in technological procurement within the Tech, SaaS, or Fintech industries is a must. Direct experience with marketplace and cloud infrastructure partners (AWS, GCP, and Azure). You must understand committed spend programs, enterprise discount structures, and co-sell/reseller arrangements. Expert-level ability to negotiate complex software, technology and other categories contracts. Hands-on experience with modern procurement and ERP platforms (preferably Zip and NetSuite) and a strong understanding of automated P2P workflows. BA/BS degree required; MBA preferred. Pagaya is seeking a detail-oriented, creative, and multitasking individual to join our team as a Procurement Manager. The ideal candidate will be a people-oriented professional with a passion for efficiency and team management. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team and managing all procurement activities. This includes developing purchasing strategies, maintaining positive relationships with suppliers, and coordinating with internal teams to meet their needs. Utilizing our best-in-class systems, you will support the entire procure-to-pay (P2P) process on a global scale. Your ultimate goal will be to deliver the lowest total cost, reduce procurement expenses, and maximize the company's ability to execute its plans.
