The Opportunity

We’re looking for an experienced Director of Product Management to lead our Israel-based Product Management team and report directly to the Chief Product Officer in the US. This is a unique opportunity to join us at a pivotal stage as we build the next generation of Cyber Resilience and help define an emerging category. You’ll lead a talented and growing team of Product Managers, play a key role in scaling our product organization, and partner closely with Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and customers to drive the future of our platform.

This role blends strategy and execution, letting you shape the product, build and grow an exceptional team, and make a lasting impact on the company's future.

About the Role

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Product Managers in Israel.
• Define and execute product strategy aligned with company goals and customer needs.
• Own product roadmap prioritization and drive execution across multiple product areas.
• Develop Product Managers through coaching, feedback, and career growth.
• Partner closely with Engineering leadership to deliver impactful products.
• Work directly with enterprise customers to deeply understand their challenges and translate them into product opportunities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and executive leadership.
• Drive product decisions using customer insights, data, and business priorities.
• Help shape product culture, processes, and best practices across the organization.

• 5+ years of Product Management experience.
• Previous experience managing Product Managers.
• Proven experience defining product strategy and driving roadmap execution.
• Experience working with enterprise customers.
• Experience in technology-focused cybersecurity companies.
• Strong product thinking combined with excellent execution skills.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Passion for coaching, mentoring, and developing Product Managers.
• Highly customer-focused with deep customer empathy.
• Curious, analytical, and driven to solve complex customer problems.
• Low ego, collaborative, and leads by example.
• Mission-driven with a genuine passion for building great products.

Nice to Have

• Experience working in startup environments.
• Experience collaborating with US-based leadership and stakeholders.
• Experience in one or more of: Cloud Security (CSPM, CNAPP), Vulnerability Management, Exposure Management (CTEM), Identity Security, Data Security, Endpoint Security, Zero Trust, Cyber Resilience.
