Electronic Engineer - IRP Systems

We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Electronics Engineer to join our Hardware team.

In this role, you will design and develop electronic hardware for inverter-based systems, including sensing, digital, analog, and power-related circuits. You will take ownership throughout the product lifecycle, from circuit design and component selection through PCB development, bring-up, validation, and transfer to mass production.

This role is a strong fit for an engineer who enjoys working close to the hardware, solving practical engineering challenges, and collaborating across disciplines to develop reliable, manufacturable products.

A strong background in electronic hardware design is essential. Experience with power electronics, inverters, or motor drives is an advantage.

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in electronic hardware design and development.
• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in circuit design, component selection, schematic capture, and PCB development.
• Practical experience with analog and digital electronics, including microcontroller-based hardware, sensing circuits, and communication interfaces.
• Good understanding of PCB layout principles, EMC/EMI, and thermal considerations in electronic design.
• Experience taking hardware from prototype through validation and into production, including collaboration with contract manufacturers during NPI and production ramp-up.
• Strong hands-on lab skills, including hardware bring-up, debugging, electrical measurements, and basic soldering.
• Fluent English.

• Experience designing power supplies, DC/DC converters, inverters, or motor-drive systems.
• Familiarity with power semiconductor selection, MOSFET switching circuits, gate drivers, and power-stage design.
• Experience with current and voltage sensing and protection circuits for power applications.
• Understanding of high-current PCB layout, switching losses, thermal management, and EMI reduction in power circuits.
• Experience in automotive electronics.
• Experience with Altium Designer.
