Lead, coach, and develop Engineering Managers, Team Leads, and engineers across multiple teams. Partner with Product Management to define goals, shape roadmaps, and deliver business outcomes. Drive planning, execution, and delivery of high-quality products. Provide technical leadership through architecture discussions, design reviews, and engineering best practices. Build a scalable organization while fostering a culture of ownership, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. 10+ years of software engineering experience. 3+ years of experience managing multiple engineering teams and engineering managers. Proven experience leading managers, not only individual contributors. Strong technical background with at least 5 years of hands-on software development experience. Deep understanding of cloud-native software development, including SaaS architectures, distributed systems, microservices, APIs, containers, observability, reliability, and modern engineering practices. Experience building and operating products in public cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. Ability to contribute to technical strategy, architecture reviews, design discussions, and critical engineering decisions across multiple teams. Experience leading cross-functional product development teams in an Agile environment. Strong product mindset and demonstrated ability to partner effectively with Product Management. Strong bias for action and demonstrated ability to drive execution with urgency while maintaining high standards of quality. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent practical experience. Experience building SaaS products at scale.
