Financial ERP Implementation Specialist - PassportCard

PassportCard is looking for a Financial ERP Implementation Specialist for a meaningful role that includes providing professional financial guidance throughout the implementation of a financial system within the organization — from the design and implementation phases through go-live and ongoing maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional financial guidance throughout the implementation of a financial ERP system within the organization.
• Translate financial and business processes into functional system requirements.
• Work closely with vendors, implementation partners, and business users.
• Define business needs, characterize financial modules, and review deliverables.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders within the Finance department.
• After go-live, serve as the professional point of contact for the vendor and business users for ongoing system maintenance and support.

• 5–10 years of experience in finance, accounting, financial management, or FP&A — mandatory.
• Relevant academic background in Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related financial field — mandatory.
• Experience in implementing or supporting the implementation of financial modules in ERP systems — mandatory.
• Experience from insurance companies — a significant advantage.
• Deep understanding of financial and accounting processes — mandatory.
• Experience working with vendors and implementation partners — a significant advantage.
• Experience working with leading ERP systems — an advantage.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear system requirements.
• Technological orientation, openness to advanced tools, and ability to work in a dynamic and changing environment.
