Front Desk Associate - Beyond - Mindspace

About the position

This full-time position is based at Mindspace Beyond, our new flagship location in the Tel Aviv–Givatayim area, and reports directly to the Site Manager.

As a Front Desk Associate, you’ll be one of the first faces people meet when they enter Beyond and a key part of creating the premium, welcoming experience we want every member and guest to feel from day one.

You’ll own the day-to-day reception experience, welcome members and visitors, support administrative and operational tasks, and work closely with the Community and Operations teams to make sure the space runs smoothly.

Joining Beyond at its launch also means being part of something new — helping us establish the service standards, atmosphere and member experience of one of Mindspace’s most exciting new locations.

Responsibilities

• Manage the front desk during operational hours, creating a warm, professional and welcoming experience.
• Serve as the first point of contact for members, guests and visitors at Beyond.
• Welcome and assist members and guests, answer questions and direct them throughout the space.
• Support the opening and launch of Beyond, helping establish smooth front-desk routines and service standards from day one.
• Handle day-to-day administrative tasks including mail, deliveries, supplies and office equipment.
• Support member onboarding and other community-related activities.
• Work closely with the Community and Operations teams to ensure a seamless member and guest experience.
• Respond to member requests and issues quickly and professionally.
• Coordinate with Facilities, maintenance teams and vendors when needed.
• Help maintain an organized, polished and professional reception and common-area environment.
• Support community events and on-site activities when needed.

Minimum Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, reception or another front-facing service role.
• High level of Hebrew and English, both spoken and written.
• Strong service orientation and a natural ability to make people feel welcome.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized, reliable and attentive to detail.
• Comfortable multitasking and handling different requests in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, hands-on attitude — you notice what needs to be done and take ownership.
• Comfortable working with members, guests, vendors and internal teams throughout the day.
• Experience in hospitality, coworking, hotels, premium retail or another high-touch service environment is a strong advantage.
• Experience supporting a new opening or launch is an advantage.
• Availability for a full-time, on-site position.
