Own and continuously improve global HR operations across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee changes, mobility, relocation, offboarding, and rehires.
Lead HR systems and process improvement initiatives from planning through implementation and adoption.
Drive automation, workflow optimization, and operational excellence across the People organization.
Manage HRIS processes, data structures, permissions, workflows, and system integrations.
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
Identify and eliminate manual or fragmented processes through technology and automation.
Maintain and improve HR documentation, approvals, notifications, and employee lifecycle workflows.
Ensure high data quality and consistency across HR systems.
Support reporting and people data initiatives to enable informed decision-making.
Lead AI adoption across the People organization, partnering with HR leaders to identify opportunities, implement solutions, and promote innovative ways of working.
Lead and mentor a small HR Operations team.
Manage multiple HR Operations and HRIS projects in a fast-paced global environment.
