Ownership of Recruiting end to end: Partner closely with hiring managers in our Tel Aviv office, taking ownership of the entire recruiting process. Strategic Advisory: Act as a trusted talent advisor to hiring managers, offering your recommendations to shape our talent acquisition efforts. Sourcing: Utilize a diverse array of methods to source, recruit and network with potential candidates, including leveraging social media platforms, attending networking events, and participating in job fairs. Candidate Evaluation: Conduct interviews to assess candidates' interests, personalities, and salary expectations. Skills Assessment: Apply standardized screening techniques to evaluate candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit within our organization. Technology Utilization: Harness the power of our ATS system to efficiently post job openings and track applicant progress. Negotiation: Lead the negotiation process with final-stage candidates, from offer to acceptance. Continuous Improvement: Track and analyze the effectiveness of your recruiting strategies, fostering a culture of learning and improvement within our talent acquisition team. Candidate Experience: Craft and own a top-notch candidate experience that leaves a lasting impression. 2-5 years of experience as a full cycle recruiter in a multinational company - must Excellent English proficiency - must Strong sourcing capabilities and a flair for creative candidate attraction strategies. A data-driven mindset coupled with curiosity, enabling you to inform and educate hiring managers with valuable insights. A track record of success, consistently surpassing targets and inspiring others to do the same. A knack for thinking big while managing the smallest details, ensuring no opportunities slip through the cracks.
