Own paid social performance and optimize multi-million-dollar budgets. Develop channel strategies that drive premium growth within efficiency targets. Drive growth beyond media buying by improving targeting, bidding, creative, landing pages, audience strategy, and customer experience. Analyze the full funnel to deliver insights, recommendations, and next steps. Partner with Analytics teams to ensure measurement accuracy and experimental rigor. Develop a deep understanding of customer behavior, attribution, incrementality, and acquisition economics. Balance platform data with broader business outcomes. Partner with Creative, Analytics, Product Marketing, and Web teams. Present clear, data-driven recommendations and priorities to leadership. Leverage AI and emerging tools to improve workflows and accelerate learning. Build a culture of curiosity, challenge existing assumptions, and drive continuous experimentation. 5+ years of experience managing paid social acquisition at scale. Deep expertise in Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads. (Fintech, insurtech, or SMB experience is a strong plus). Proven track record in structured experimentation, landing page optimization, creative strategy, and performance-driven growth. Strong grasp of acquisition funnels, conversion optimization, attribution, incrementality, and performance measurement. Excellent presentation skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and leadership through data-driven storytelling. Experience working closely with analytics, creative, and web teams to align and execute strategies.
