5+ years of Growth/Performance Marketing experience in a B2C or B2SMB SaaS environment
Proven Leadership: Hands-on experience managing multi-disciplinary teams (Designers, Developers, or Marketing Specialists).
CRO Expertise: A track record of measurably improving conversion rates through structured A/B testing and funnel optimization.
Search & Email Mastery: Deep understanding of Search Engine User Acquisition and Email Marketing lifecycle strategies.
Analytical Rigor: Proficiency with analytics and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics) to generate actionable insights from complex data.
High-Level English: Exceptional spoken and written English proficiency is a must.
Technical Familiarity: Hands-on experience with A/B testing platforms (e.g., VWO), Claude Code + Cowork and a strong understanding of how to leverage dev/design resources effectively.
Bonus: Experience in the e-commerce industry or familiarity with the Shopify ecosystem.

Conversion Rate Optimization (Main Brand): Own the hypothesis, execution, and measurement of A/B tests and funnel improvements to turn traffic into active users.
Cross-Company Channel Management: Oversee the specialists managing Email Marketing, ensuring these channels perform at scale for the whole company.
Squad Operations: Lead the day-to-day workflow for your dedicated designer, copywriter, and developers to ensure high-velocity, high-quality output.
Top-Funnel Strategy: Align search intent with on-page experience and post-click retention via email, creating a seamless journey for our users.
Rapid Experimentation: Maintain a rigorous testing backlog - from ad copy and search keywords to landing page layouts and email automation sequences.
Data-Driven Leadership: Partner with the data team to build dashboards that track key growth KPIs, providing clear insights to stakeholders on how your squad and channels are driving the bottom line.
