Execution & Delivery Ownership: Own the end-to-end execution of our engineering roadmap. You will unblock technical hurdles, and stabilize our MVP infrastructure to support complex, multi-brand, and agency-level scale. You ensure that we ship robust, performant code at startup speed. Hands-On Technical Leadership: This is a highly active role. You aren't just managing from a distance; you will write code, build prototypes, review PRs, and work side-by-side with your engineers to design scalable systems (LLM pipelines, data ingestion, and event-driven architectures). Engineering Quality & Standards: Establish the bar for technical excellence. You will define our coding, testing, and deployment standards, balancing the need for rapid product experimentation with strict platform stability, observability, and cost-efficient LLM integration. Cultivate an AI-Native Engineering Culture: Champion modern developer experiences (DevEx) within the team. Drive the adoption of agentic workflows and automated internal tools to eliminate boilerplate and amplify the team's delivery velocity. A Hands-On, Battle-Tested Leader: 5+ years of experience leading engineering teams within fast-paced startup environments and rapidly changing landscapes.
