About the Role

We are looking for a highly business-oriented and hands-on leader to own and scale our French market operations.

This role is responsible for driving growth, improving customer experience, optimizing performance, and leading cross-functional execution across marketing, operations, CRM, product, and customer support for the French market.

You will play a key role in shaping strategy, improving performance, and identifying growth opportunities in a fast-paced B2C environment.

  • Own and lead the French market strategy and performance
  • Drive business growth, revenue, and customer acquisition initiatives
  • Monitor and optimize key business KPIs, including conversion, retention, and customer satisfaction
  • Work closely with Marketing, CRM, Product, Customer Support, and Operations teams
  • Identify market opportunities, trends, and competitive insights
  • Improve customer journey and local market performance
  • Ensure localization and customer experience are aligned with market expectations
  • Analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable business decisions
  • Collaborate with leadership on market priorities and growth initiatives
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional execution to ensure business goals are met


  • Continuously identify opportunities for operational and commercial improvement

דרישות

  • 5+ years of experience in Business / Growth / Operations / Market Management roles
  • Strong B2C experience in fast-paced, performance-driven environments
  • Experience managing or leading a country/market/business unit - advantage
  • Strong analytical and business mindset
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, CRM, and Operations teams
  • Excellent project management and prioritization skills
  • Strong ownership mentality and execution-oriented approach
  • Native or fluent French - Mandatory 
  • Excellent English communication skills
