SF System Ownership: Act as the expert for core modules, handling configurations, upgrades, and role-based permissions (RBP). Support & Vendor Management: Provide end-user support, troubleshoot issues, and manage relationships/SLAs with SAP and external vendors. End-to-End Project Management: Lead HRIS projects from requirements gathering and technical specs through UAT and go-live. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with IT, MIS, CRM, and Finance Systems on enterprise-wide initiatives. Integrations & Architecture: Manage connections between SuccessFactors and other platforms (ERP, Payroll) using SAP Integration Center and Workato. Tech Evaluation & Strategy: Evaluate and recommend new HR technology solutions that align with the company's overall strategy. Data Governance: Participate in data governance discussions to ensure platform stability and data optimization This is the perfect job for someone who: 5+ years in HRIS management or HR technology roles Proven hands-on experience implementing and/or administering SAP SuccessFactors - mandatory Deep knowledge of at least 3 SAP SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central required; Time Off, Performance & Goals, and Compensation are strong advantages) Experience managing full-cycle HRIS implementations and cross-functional systems projects Experience with system integrations (API, middleware, flat-file) and tools such as SAP BTP or Workato Familiarity with enterprise platforms such as NetSuite, Salesforce - a strong advantage Understanding of the full HR employee lifecycle: hire-to-retire, talent, compensation, and learning
