Integrated Care Technical - Vectorious Medical Technologies

As part of our first in-human clinical study, we have successfully implanted our sensory device in patients across Europe and Israel, while demonstrating a huge potential in helping millions of people living with heart failure to take control and manage their disease. We are looking for an Integrated Care and Integrated Care Technical to join our Support team and to support our meaningful growth .

What Will You Do?

• Responsible for supporting procedures, patients, and sites in Israel and abroad.
• Support clinical procedures in Cath-lab environment.
• Communicate with HCP (health care providers) all aspects of Vectorious' products and solve technical problems in case of malfunctions.
• Remote monitoring of the patient's use of the system and the system's health.
• Guide patients during the first use of the V-LAPEX and support them if needed.
• Remotely guide HCP (health care providers) to support patients' use of the V-LAPEX.
• Solve problems in the field to ensure proper use of the V-LAP system.
• Capture patients' feedback and communicate it internally.
• Daily monitoring and analyzing patients' data.
• Help find solutions for usability and performance issues and take part in their implementation. 

• At least 5 years of hands-on field experience within the medical device industry, preferably with multidisciplinary products.
• Cath Lab Experience
• Relevant academic degree or practical engineering technician qualification in a related field
• Ability to travel – up to 60% of the time.
• Strong analytical skills – must.
• Familiarity with programming and statistical tools – must (Python – an advantage).
• Basic electronics knowledge – an advantage
• Well-organized and detail-oriented
• Excellent Hebrew & English - written & spoken
• Strong interpersonal capabilities
