- Lead the integration, bring-up, and validation of system-level changes across hardware, controls, behavior, AI, and perception subsystems.
- Develop and execute comprehensive bring-up, validation, and end-of-line (EOL) testing processes for humanoid robots throughout the product lifecycle.
- Design and implement validation plans that assess full-robot performance across diverse real-world scenarios and operational conditions.
- Investigate, debug, and resolve complex cross-functional issues spanning mechanical, electrical, firmware, controls, and software domains.
- Partner closely with hardware, controls, behavior, perception, and software teams to define testable requirements and verify subsystem and system-level performance.
- Instrument and analyze robotic systems using diagnostic tools such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, telemetry systems, and log analysis frameworks to characterize performance and identify root causes of failures.
- Develop dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools to monitor robot performance, reliability, and fleet health over time.
- Document integration procedures, validation results, failure analyses, and best practices to improve product quality and build efficiency.
- Drive the development of automated regression testing and continuous validation infrastructure to support rapid iteration and fleet-scale deployment.

- B.Sc. degree in Robotics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–5+ years of hands-on experience working with complex robotic, autonomous, or electromechanical systems.
- Strong system-level understanding of interactions across hardware, firmware, controls, and software layers.
- Proficiency with common hardware/software debugging and diagnostic tools (e.g., oscilloscopes, multimeters, logic analyzers, telemetry and log analysis tools).
- Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills in multidisciplinary environments.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on R&D and production environment with rapidly evolving requirements.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple engineering disciplines.
