We are looking for a highly motivated, service-oriented IT Support Specialist with 2-3 years of experience to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for internal help desk requests, ensuring our employees have the seamless technology experience they need to do their best work. What You’ll Be Doing

• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal IT help desk requests, providing friendly, timely, and effective support to our team.
• Configure, deploy, and troubleshoot employee hardware in a predominantly Mac environment, alongside Windows systems.
• Administer the full lifecycle of employee onboarding and offboarding, managing user identities, access rights, and SaaS provisioning through JumpCloud and Google Workspace.
• Manage, monitor, and secure our corporate device fleet utilizing JumpCloud's MDM capabilities.
• Deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot our endpoint security software, specifically SentinelOne.
• Maintain clear, accurate, and organized IT documentation and knowledge-base articles for both end-users and the IT team.
• Autonomously research and implement solutions for emerging technical issues and help improve daily IT workflows.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 2-3 years of proven experience in an IT Help Desk, Technical Support, or similar IT operations role.
• Platform Expertise: Strong administration and troubleshooting skills for macOS, supported by a solid working knowledge of Windows.
• Core Systems: Hands-on experience administrating Google Workspace and cloud directory/identity platforms (experience with JumpCloud is a major advantage).
• Security & MDM: Familiarity with deploying and managing endpoint security agents (SentinelOne) and using MDM solutions to enforce device policies.
• Basic Networking: Understanding of core networking concepts relevant to end-user support (e.g., VPNs, Wi-Fi, DNS, basic TCP/IP).
• Self-Learner: You have strong troubleshooting instincts and a proven ability to independently research, learn, and master new technologies.
• Service-Oriented: You bring a customer-first mindset, patience, and a positive, helpful attitude to every interaction.
• Excellent Communicator: You possess excellent English skills (both written and spoken) to effectively support team members and write clear technical documentation.

Nice to Have:

• Basic scripting skills (e.g., Bash for macOS, PowerShell for Windows) for automating repetitive tasks.
• Experience with zero-trust network access solutions.
• Previous experience supporting engineering or R&D teams.
