Lead end-to-end instructional design projects, from initial discovery and needs analysis through content creation and implementation. Partner with stakeholders across local and global teams to understand business needs and translate them into effective learning solutions. Design engaging learning experiences, including e-learning courses, presentations, facilitator guides, and digital learning materials. Create clear, learner-centered content using instructional design methodologies and best practices. Develop visual concepts and learning assets using design and authoring tools. Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and transform complex topics into engaging learning content. Continuously review and improve learning materials to ensure accuracy, effectiveness and consistency. Bachelor's degree in Instructional Technologies - must Hands-on experience with Articulate Storyline - must Proficiency with graphic design tools - must Experience designing and developing digital learning content.
