4+ years of experience in operational roles (experience supporting Legal departments of global tech companies, a significant advantage) Native-level English proficiency (written and spoken) Proven ability to proactively and independently lead and drive processes end-to-end Strong operational mindset with excellent organizational and project management skills Proven ability to identify operational gaps and drive process improvements proactively Experience working with KPIs, reporting, dashboards, and operational metrics Strong analytical and technological capabilities, including hands-on experience with AI tools, automation platforms, process optimization technologies, and leveraging AI to improve operational efficiency and scalability Strategic thinker with the ability to balance hands-on execution and long-term improvements High emotional intelligence (EQ) with the ability to build trust, influence stakeholders, and drive collaboration across teams with competing priorities

Own and manage the day-to-day operations of the Legal department to support operational growth and scalability in a fast-paced global environment Proactively identify and drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and AI adoption within the Legal department Partner closely with IS, IT, Security, Procurement, Sales Operations, Finance, and other teams to improve collaboration, systems integration and cross-functional projects to improve efficiency and scalability Support implementation and reporting of Legal KPIs, metrics, and operational insights to support decision-making and planning Manage, implement and optimize Legal systems, tools, and operational platforms
