In this role you can expect to
Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, solution design, negotiation, and closing
Develop tailored proposals across LHH’s solution portfolio
across Leadership Development and Career Transition & Mobility
Lead commercial negotiations and manage contractual agreements
Consistently penetrate new accounts and engage senior-level stakeholders
Work in complex buying environments with multiple decision-makers
Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client delivery
Use CRM tools (Salesforce) to manage pipeline, forecasting, and reporting
Deliver against revenue targets and KPIs in a structured and disciplined way
All About You
. You bring:
Proven success in B2B new business development in a consultative / solution-selling environment
(HR services, talent management, consulting, coaching, assessments, HR tech, or professional services preferred)
Strong experience engaging senior stakeholders (HRD, CHRO, business leaders)
A consistent track record of winning new clients and growing accounts
Strong commercial instincts combined with a structured sales approach
Confidence in managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills
Strong negotiation and closing capability
Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
High level of autonomy, ownership, and accountability
A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with virtual, international teams
