Manual QA - Integritylabs

We are looking for a self-driven QA Engineer to help shape how we test and deliver our products.

This is not a classic QA role. We are looking for someone with product intuition, operational ownership, and a vibe coder mindset — a technical, exploratory approach to understanding systems through experimentation and iteration, not just predefined test cases.

A traditional QA background is not required; we are open to candidates from QA, development, operations, projects, program management, or similar technical domains.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive quality across features, releases, mobile devices, applications, and cross-team initiatives.
• Lead testing efforts through hands-on exploration and structured execution.
• Build, execute, and improve test plans and test cases.
• Identify, investigate, and report issues clearly and effectively.
• Work closely with developers, researchers, product managers, and cross-functional teams.
• Bring structure to ambiguous areas and help improve testing processes.
• Explore testing tools, AI-based solutions, and lightweight automation opportunities.
• Write clear documentation, including test plans and test cases.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in manual QA, or relevant hands-on technical experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Solid understanding of testing methodologies and quality processes.
• Technical curiosity and ability to learn systems through exploration.
• Proactive, responsible, detail-oriented, and organized.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with technical teams.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and taking ownership.

Nice to Have

• Basic scripting or automation knowledge, such as Python.
• Experience with mobile devices, mobile applications, or complex technical systems.
• Interest in AI tools for improving testing efficiency.
• Background or interest in cyber security.
