Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that office is operating smoothly.
Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
Maintain company’s front desk (sitting at the front desk)
Welcoming company guests and providing administrative support to all company employees.
Administrative support for facility management, including coordination and oversight of vendors such as office relocation providers and cleaning contractors.
Administrative support to all departments in various areas in HR, Accounting, Legal, Operations, ISO, safety audits and more…
