A proactive, hands-on approach with strong problem-solving abilities.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Experience sourcing candidates and supporting recruitment processes - advantage.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and HR/recruitment systems.

Own the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring a welcoming, organized, and efficient work environment.
Manage office facilities, maintenance, supplies, equipment, vendors, and workplace services.
Coordinate business travel, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and relationships with travel agencies and hotels.
Lead employee onboarding and offboarding processes, maintaining accurate HR records and documentation.
Support and continuously improve People Operations processes, systems, and administrative workflows.
Coordinate the full recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, communication with candidates and hiring managers, and ATS management.
Partner with hiring managers and external recruitment agencies to support hiring needs.
Organize company events, team activities, and support cross-functional operational projects.
Act as a go-to person for employees, providing operational support and helping ensure a smooth and positive workplace experience.
