Planning Coordinator- Temporary position - Rada

We are currently seeking a Planning Coordinator for our Beit She’an site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track purchase orders from supplier confirmation through delivery and receipt into the warehouse.
• Expedite supplier deliveries in accordance with company production and operational requirements.
• Update the ERP system to reflect supplier schedule changes, including expedited and delayed deliveries.
• Resolve supply-related exceptions and coordinate with Buyers and Warehouse teams.
• Monitor shipments, returns, repairs, replacements, and urgent subcontractor/supplier activities, including MRB (Material Review Board)-related processes.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel – Required.
• Experience working with ERP systems – Advantage.
• High level of English proficiency, both written and spoken – Required.
• Previous experience in a similar procurement expediting or supply chain coordination role – Significant advantage.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure while coordinating with multiple stakeholders and maintaining assertive communication with suppliers.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to work efficiently, and excellent interpersonal skills.
