As a Product Data Analyst at Helfy, you’ll work closely with Product, Marketing, Operations, and R&D teams to analyze user behavior, identify growth opportunities, and support data-driven decision-making across our platforms. You’ll play a key role in measuring product performance, optimizing user journeys, and helping teams prioritize initiatives based on impact.

- Analyze product performance and user behavior to generate actionable insights
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs to support product and business decisions
- Partner closely with Product Managers to evaluate feature performance and identify optimization opportunities
- Design, monitor, and analyze A/B tests and experiments
- Identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities across the customer journey and conversion funnels
- Translate complex data into clear recommendations for cross-functional stakeholders
- Work with large datasets from multiple sources to ensure data accuracy and consistency
- Collaborate with Data, Marketing, and R&D teams to define tracking and measurement frameworks
- Support strategic decision-making through data analysis, forecasting, and performance monitoring
דרישות
- 2+ years of experience as a Product Analyst, Data Analyst, or in a similar analytical role
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets
- Experience with BI and visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, Power BI, Mixpanel, or similar
- Experience in B2C and large-scale platforms
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
- Experience analyzing product funnels, user behavior, and conversion metrics
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience working in cross-functional Agile environments
- Advantage: experience with Python, statistical analysis, or experimentation frameworks
- Advantage: experience in healthtech or telemedicine companies
- Advantage: experience in eCommerce, healthtech, or telemedicine companies
