Product Manager- Billing Platform - Pango

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Product Manager to take end-to-end ownership of Pango’s core Billing Platform, supporting our B2C products and processing millions of consumer transactions at scale.

The ideal candidate combines strong product thinking with technical understanding and can translate complex business and customer needs into a clear product roadmap while working closely with Engineering and other cross-functional teams.

This is an opportunity to own and shape a core platform that supports Pango’s products and services at scale.

• Own and lead the Billing Platform throughout its lifecycle, from ideation and product definition through development, launch, and continuous improvement.
• Develop and execute the product roadmap, aligned with company goals, business needs, and long-term platform scalability.
• Define new capabilities and translate business needs, customer needs, and market insights into clear product requirements.
• Lead complex technical processes and integrations, working closely with Engineering and relevant internal and external stakeholders.
• Work closely with Engineering, Design, and other cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time and at scale.
• Work cross-functionally across multiple teams and domains, aligning stakeholders and driving complex initiatives from definition through execution.

• 3+ years of experience in Product Management, with a strong focus on technical, platform, or development-centric products – Must.
• Experience working with complex payment and/or billing platforms – Big Advantage.
• Strong technical and analytical skills, with proven experience leading complex technical processes and integrations end-to-end.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools and intelligent workflows to improve product processes, increase efficiency, and drive smarter decision-making.
• Passion for simplifying complex problems and understanding how products and systems work behind the scenes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent Hebrew and English, both written and verbal.

• Experience with billing platforms supporting B2C products and high-volume consumer transactions – Significant Advantage.
• B.Sc. in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
