Program Execution Lead - Eyesatop

We are seeking an experienced, highly organized and commercially sharp Program Execution Lead. In this role, you will take complete ownership of delivering complex contracts from handshake to final deployment. You will serve as the central bridge between engineering, field operations, finance and market leadership to ensure flawless, highly profitable execution.

What you'll do

End-to-End Contract & Delivery Management:

• Take direct, end-to-end responsibility for the execution and fulfillment of assigned contracts
• Manage complex project lifecycles, coordinating closely with software / hardware engineers and field service personnel to ensure technical development meets strict deployment timelines
• Oversee the seamless field deployment of drone orchestration systems in diverse operational environments

Commercial & P&L Ownership:

• Act as the absolute domain expert on your assigned contracts, mastering every line item, technical requirement and legal constraint
• Maintain complete ownership over the program's Profit and Loss (P&L), maximizing efficiency and safeguarding project margins

Stakeholder Management & Alignment:

• Keep internal Market Leads continuously updated on program execution status, proactively identifying risks and flagging potential contract renegotiation needs
• Partner with the corporate finance team to provide full visibility into milestone achievements, tracking and ensuring the receipt of all product-related funds and customer payments

• 5+ years of experience in Program Management, Contract Delivery or Technical Project Management within a technology or fast-paced industry sector
• Proven experience managing project P&Ls, milestone billing and complex contract structures
• Solid grasp of complex system integration, field service operations and working alongside hardware / software engineering teams
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and report effectively to executive leadership
• A proactive problem-solver comfortable navigating a high-stakes, dynamic operational environment
• Experience working within the defense-tech sector - strong advantage
• Experience managing projects or deployments around unmanned systems (UAS / UAVs / drones) - strong advantage
