1–2 years of professional experience as a Software QA Tester or in a similar quality assurance role. Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes. Proven experience writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test scripts/cases. Hands-on experience with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira, Xray, Grafana, Kibana). Excellent problem-solving skills, sharp attention to detail, and a strong sense of ownership. Effective communication skills to articulate technical issues to development teams.

Front-End Quality: Conduct thorough GUI testing to ensure visual alignment, responsiveness, and a seamless user interface. Network & Architecture: Verify data flow and troubleshoot client-server architectures, inspecting web traffic and protocols (HTTP/HTTPS). Automation Maintenance: Participate in automation debugging to identify, analyze, and fix failing scripts within the existing automation framework. Test Execution & Design: Create, maintain, and execute detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test cases and test plans based on system requirements. Bug Tracking: Identify, isolate, document, and track software defects through to resolution using tools like Jira. Regression Testing: Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved or new features are deployed. Collaboration: Work alongside developers and product teams to understand system architecture, identify edge cases, and ensure QA alignment. Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of test results, metrics, and quality assurance processes.
