About the Role

We're looking for exceptional people early in their careers.

You'll work across disciplines alongside our CTO and Members of Technical Staff on the hardest problems we have, including critical-path projects and challenges that require immediate action.

• you are exceptional in at least one scientific or engineering domain
• your record reflects outstanding achievement: olympiad medals, published research, competitive fellowships, selective programs, elite military service, or hard things you built
• you are self-directed and don't need to be actively managed
• you learn fast and are effective outside your discipline
• you are hands-on, with a bias to build and get things into the field
