Driving and managing the growth of your restaurant portfolio Monitoring and improving operational KPIs for your restaurants Becoming a key knowledge source and go-to person for restaurant-related strategies Be a visible partner in the field: You will dedicate 2 days a week to face-to-face meetings with your partners and build stronger relationships. Actively drive sales growth and leveraging Wolt's various promotional tools Manage and maintain close ongoing relationships with Tier 1 & Tier 2 venues, ensuring operational excellence, performance growth, and continuous support. Collaborating closely with Finance, Analytics, and Marketing teams to address restaurant needs Using data to drive commercial and strategic discussions with restaurant partners on a daily basis Proven experience in key account management or business development (2-4 years) Analytical mindset with the ability to assess market dynamics, analyze data, and derive actionable insights. Excellent communication skills; ability to engage with a diverse range of partners, from restaurant owners to managers, and adapt your approach accordingly. Strong technical skills and logical thinking. Sales-oriented mindset with a passion for business growth. Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven. Fluent in Hebrew and English - a must. Deep understanding of the restaurant industry, including knowledge of industry trends, challenges, and restaurant needs. - an advantage Apply: Submit your CV (in English).
