About the job

As a Student Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be the first point of contact for potential customers, helping identify new business opportunities. This is a part-time student position, ideal for students seeking hands-on experience at a startup company while continuing their studies.

This is a high-activity, performance-driven role that requires confidence, discipline, and strong communication skills. You'll work closely with our sales and marketing teams to generate and qualify leads, build a pipeline, and support our business's growth. We're looking for students who already have some sales experience and are eager to develop their careers in B2B SaaS sales.

Responsibilities

  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on lead generation campaigns and market initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate activity tracking and reporting in CRM systems.
  • Develop a strong understanding of our software solutions and the business challenges they solve for customers.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled as a student with at least two years of studies remaining.
  • Availability to work part-time throughout the academic year.
  • Previous experience in sales is required. Previous SDR experience at a B2B SaaS startup is an advantage, but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and hold natural conversations.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and eager to learn and grow.
  • Comfortable initiating conversations and building relationships.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
  • Interest in technology and software solutions.
