Senior Engineering Manager - Linux Cloud Workload Security - Sentinellabs

You will have the chance to lead a group of 10+ engineers and team leads on the Linux & Cloud Workload Security, solving the most complicated real-world problems. You will continuously enrich your knowledge and experience with Linux OS architecture, kernel internals, and the Cloud Workload security landscape. You will be a core part of designing and developing the capabilities that will improve the product's stability and make the user experience smoother. You will be directly accountable for production stability and operational integrity while mentoring a global managerial bench. Your mandate is to ensure reliable, high-quality delivery against strategic goals, making decisive trade-offs that balance innovation, security, and long-term organizational health. Proven experience as a Group Lead or Senior Engineering Manager in the areas of C++ and OS internals (security, storage, etc.). Deep knowledge of performance management, with proven success in coaching team leads and building a succession pipeline. Ability to drive complex, cross-functional technical initiatives from concept to production. Strong system design and architecture skills. Proven experience with team building and advanced software methodologies. Expertise in managing globally distributed teams across multiple time zones. Data-driven decision-making and prioritizing approaches. Excellent interpersonal skills and great communication skills. Previous experience with security-oriented development - Advantage. Linux kernel development, eBPF, or cloud workload security experience - Advantage.
