Bachelor’s degree in CS/EE from a leading university - a must! Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development workflows and LLM integrations (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code), including using AI tools to improve development productivity and code quality. 6+ years of professional software development experience, with JavaScript and web technologies. 3+ years of experience of server-side development with Node.js. 3+ years of experience of Client-side development with React. Experience in designing and developing large distributed systems and microservices architecture. Experience working with AWS or DevOps. Expertise in AI models and techniques, including strategic model selection and industry awareness. Experience working with large scale applications.

End to end development of features and systems that are used daily by key stakeholders, both internally and externally. A technical focal point for software development best practices and design of main components, services and systems. Integrate AI into the company applications. Improve development workflow with AI capabilities. Be part of an organic team developing in a fast paced environment based on CI/CD. Investigate, implement and share new technologies and ideas.
