Senior Graphic Designer - Tenengroup Ltd.

Oak & Luna is searching for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our team and design all site and marketing-related materials, including site banners, newsletters, ads, and social content. This isn't a production role. We're looking for someone with strong aesthetic intuition who can both conceive and execute, a designer who brings ideas to the table, not just deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

• Brand Direction: Evolve our visual language (color, typography, layouts) and maintain strict brand guidelines across web, email, and social.
• Campaigns & Launches: Lead visual concepts for product launches and seasonal campaigns from mood boards to final assets.
• Art Direction: Plan and art-direct photoshoots (styling, lighting, props) and brief photographers, stylists, and models.
• Digital Design: Design homepage banners, landing pages, paid/organic social assets, and email marketing newsletters.
• AI Innovation: Utilize AI tools (Midjourney, Firefly) for rapid concept exploration and mood boarding while maintaining high taste standards.

Must-Haves:

• 5+ years of experience in graphic design with a portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual taste.
• Proven experience in digital design (web, social, email) and art-directing photoshoots.
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Active experience using AI design tools effectively.
• Fluent in Hebrew and English (written and verbal).

Strong Advantages:

• Background in fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or premium D2C brands.
• UI/UX experience (responsive layouts and flows).
• Experience with Klaviyo, Canva, or managing external production vendors.
