Senior Manager Strategy & Technology - Deloitte

Deloitte is looking for a Senior Manager to join our strategy & technology practice, here in Israel.

This role involves leading the Technology Strategy domain within the TST practice at Deloitte Israel. It is a key leadership position focused on driving strategic processes across technology and IT organizations and leveraging technology to enable organizational strategic transformation. The role requires a strong combination of deep strategic thinking and broad technological understanding, leading end-to-end processes—from diagnosis and analysis through to formulating and implementing recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead IT strategy development and define multi-year technology roadmaps
• Design IT operating models, organizational structures, and agile processes
• Evaluate and select technology solutions
• Work closely with senior leadership teams
• Manage professional consulting teams
• Generate strategic insights and analyses
• Drive business development for the TST domain and lead the development of highly tailored client proposals

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in technology strategy consulting or senior roles such as CIO, VP R&D, or CTO
• Minimum of 5 years leading complex projects with budgets exceeding ₪10M
• Experience working with senior executives
• Strong knowledge of IT, data, and digital domains
• Excellent analytical and presentation skills
• Ability to produce high-quality consulting deliverables and guide teams to meet such standards
• Advanced experience using AI tools for data collection, analysis, and deliverable creation
• Strong interpersonal skills for working across consulting and technology implementation teams within Deloitte
• Ability to drive follow-on work during and after project completion

ניהול תחום האסטרטגיה הטכנולוגית תחת TST זהו תפקיד מוביל ביצירת תהליכי אסטרטגיה לעומלמות הטכנולוגיה ולגופי מערכות מידע ולמינוף הטכנולוגיה לטובת יצירת מהלכים אסטרטגיים לארגונים שונים תוך הבנת הצרכים והאתגרים העסקיים והתפעוליים. במסגרת התפקיד נדרש שילוב בין חשיבה אסטרטגית עמוקה להבנה טכנולוגית רחבה, תוך הובלת תהליכים מקצה לקצה – משלב האבחון והניתוח ועד גיבוש והטמעת המלצות.

תחומי אחריות מרכזיים

• הובלת אסטרטגיות IT  ובניית מפת דרכים טכנולוגית רב־שנתית
• מודל הפעלה למערכות מידע, מבנה ארגוני, ותהליכי עבודה אג'יליים
• בחירת פתרונות טכנולוגיים
•  עבודה שוטפת מול הנהלות בכירות
• ניהול צוותי יועצים מקצועיים
• הפקת תובנות וניתוחים אסטרטגיים
• פיתוח עסקי של תחום TST וכתיבת הצעות ברמת התאמה גבוהה ללקוח

• ניסיון של מעל 10 שנים בייעוץ אסטרטגי טכנולוגי/ תפקיד מנמ"ר/ תפקיד סמנכ"ל פיתוח / CTO
• ניסיון של 5 שנים לפחות בהובלת פרויקטים מורכבים בהיקפים של מעל ל-10 מיליון ₪  
• ניסיון בעבודה מול הנהלות בכירות
• הבנה רחבה בעולמות מערכות מידע, דאטה ודיגיטל
• יכולות אנליטיות ופרזנטטיביות ברמה גבוהה
• יכולות לכתיבת מסמכי ייעוץ ברמה גבוהה והנחיית צוותי יועצים להגיע לרמה זו
• יכולות לשימוש מתקדם בכלי AI לאיסוף וניתוח מידע, בניית תוצרים
• יכולות בין אישיות גבוהות לעבודה מול גופי ייעוץ ויישום טכנולוגי בדלויט
• כולות לקדם עבודות המשך (במהלך פרויקט ייעוצי ואף מספר חודשים אחרי שהסתיים בהצלחה)
