Senior Mechanical Engineer - Eitan Medical

As part of our growth and commitment to innovation, we are expanding our R&D department and looking for a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our Mechanical team in the R&D department. Mechanical design and development of multidisciplinary medical devices, primarily infusion pumps and related accessories, with a focus on mechanism development and compact electro-mechanical packaging.

Lead the mechanical aspects of the design and development of new products, from concept through production, while providing ongoing engineering support for the company’s existing product portfolio

Direct Manager: Mechanics & HW Director

·      Education: BSc. in Mechanical Engineering from a well-known university – a must.

·      Job Skills:

o At least 6 years of proven experience in electro-mechanical product design and development.

o At least 3 years of proven experience in the design and development of precision drive mechanisms - a must.

o Proven track record of mechanical designs from concept through development and into production.

o Strong ability to create and maintain accurate engineering documentation, including concepts, designs, drawings, specifications, and processes.

o Understanding and knowledge of medical device regulations and standards - an advantage.

o Hands-on experience in building, assembling, and testing mechanical components.

·      Computer Skills:

o Excellent hands-on experience with SolidWorks and PDM.

o Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

·      Language skills:

Fluent English, both written and spoken.

·      Personal Skills:

o  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

o  Self-motivated and able to work independently.

o  Able to perform effectively under pressure.

o  Strong team player.
