Proven experience as a Product Designer with at least 8 years in a product-focused role, ideally within a B2B or SaaS environment Previous experience translating complex technical or business requirements into clear, user-centered designs, from discovery through to production Proven proficiency in Figma, including component-based design, auto layout, and prototyping Previous experience working with and contributing to a shared design system, with a strong understanding of design tokens, components, and patterns Demonstrated ability to collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams throughout the full product development lifecycle, including design QA Demonstrated ability to independently lead complex and sometimes ambiguous design initiatives within a distributed, cross-functional environment Fluent English, written and spoken, with the ability to communicate design decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Nice to have Previous experience in AdTech or another complex, data-heavy B2B environment Experience conducting user research and usability testing Strong understanding of accessibility best practices and the ability to design inclusive, WCAG-aligned experiences
