Site Manager – Data, Analytics & AI

The Data & AI Division abra is looking for an experienced Site Manager with a strong technology background to lead and oversee data, analytics, and AI activities within a large-scale organizational project.

Job Description

• Lead and manage multidisciplinary technology teams, including BI Developers, DBAs, Data Engineers, and Data Scientists.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, workload prioritization, task management, and execution monitoring across multiple teams.
• Drive technological initiatives and data-driven projects while ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
• Ensure the availability, stability, and performance of data platforms, databases, reporting systems, and analytics solutions.
• Lead the development and enhancement of BI solutions, data infrastructure, reporting environments, data models, and Data Engineering processes.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, management, technology teams, and external vendors to align solutions with organizational needs.
• Translate business requirements into actionable plans and technical deliverables.
• Remove operational and technological roadblocks, improve work processes, and promote continuous optimization.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and professional guidance to team members while fostering a high-performance culture.

• At least 5 years of experience in a Site Manager, Technology Manager, Data Manager, or similar leadership role.
• Proven experience managing multidisciplinary technology teams, including BI Developers, DBAs, Data Engineers, and Data Scientists.
• Strong understanding of BI, Data Engineering, Database Management, Data Warehousing, and enterprise data ecosystems.
• Experience leading large-scale technological and data-driven projects in complex organizational environments.
• Hands-on experience with modern data platforms and technologies.
• Experience with Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Snowflake, or similar data platforms.
• Familiarity with AI, Machine Learning, GenAI, and advanced analytics solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively with business users, senior management, technology teams, and external vendors.
• Proven ability to prioritize workloads, manage multiple initiatives, and drive execution to completion.
