Social & Community Lead - Realplay

RealPlay is a fast-growing and innovative startup in the Gaming industry, specializing in managing online social casino games for the US market.

We're looking for a talented and passionate a Social & Community Lead to join one of RealPlay’s exciting new projects.

The role

You will own social end to end: strategy, voice, calendar, creators, production, community, and the numbers that come back. This is a builder's role, not a

maintenance role. You'll be the first dedicated social hire, which means you set the standard rather than inherit one.

You are the person who decides what we sound like when we celebrate a winner, what we post the week nothing is happening, and how a stranger

scrolling TikTok in Ohio goes from "what is this?" to "I'm in."

This is an in-office role based in Tel Aviv, with occasional travel to the US for shoots, prize reveals, creator days, and campaign launches.

What you'll own

Channels, end to end- TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and whatever comes next. Calendar, publishing, editing, hooks, briefing through publishing

through reporting.

Brand voice- Define how we sound on social: tone, content pillars, recurring formats. Turn it into a playbook the whole team can use.

The American audience- Build for US culture with US references. Read a comment section and know what it actually means.

UGC- Source it, brief it, clear the rights, keep the quality bar. Turn member and winner stories into a repeatable content supply.

Creators and influencers- Find them, pitch them, negotiate, brief, manage, measure. Build a roster we go back to. Own the budget.

Production- Social shoots from concept to published asset: prize reveals, winner moments, campaign launches. Direct a real production day, or shoot it

on a phone that afternoon.

Community and performance- Own community standards and escalation.

Report in real numbers and change the plan based on them. Stay close to paid and lifecycle.

Must have

• 5+ years in social media, with at least 2 owning a brand's channels end to end

• Proven track record building a US consumer brand's social presence.

• fluency in the US market.

• Strong short-form video instincts: you understand hooks, pacing, retention, and platform-native editing.

• Hands-on creator and influencer management, including negotiation and budget ownership.

• Experience running or coordinating content production.

• Willing and able to travel to the US as needed.

• Data-driven- You read the numbers, draw conclusions, and change the plan accordingly.

Nice to have

• Paid social literacy (you don't have to run it, but you should speak the language)

• Design or editing chops: CapCut, Premiere, Figma, Canva

• Experience launching a brand from zero rather than scaling an established one
